The staff, other than being very nice, are professional and are great about sharing information via email, text message and in person. Dr. Peterson is so good at explaining what is wrong with my pet and what needs to be done to get them better in terms that I understand what he is talking about.9 years ago, after my husband died, I had to put down my 12 year old pitty, Zoey, Dr. Peterson sat on the floor and cried with me as she quietly went to sleep. What a kind man. He genuinely cares about his patients."
