Pensacola SNIP is a program of Cindy's Gift, Inc  (A Florida Non Profit Corporation).  Cindy’s Gift is a non profit organization founded by Dr. Shelly Ashley in honor of her sister, Cindy.   Cindy, was a passionate advocate for animals and had a special bond with her black Labrador, Susie.    Although Cindy  passed away from cancer in 2005,  we hope to let her passion  live on through Cindy’s Gift.    Our purpose is an animal welfare non profit offering low cost spay neuter services and eventually charitable veterinary care for low income persons.
